Due to massive accountability arising out of 25 million sft of development contracts signed pre Covid, SIPL put a temporary break on its operations due to Covid and now is on an aggressive mode towards completion of its balance development contracts post end of third wave/endemic with an expected sales turnover of $1.75 Billion & conservative EBITDA of $365 Million in the coming 4 Years.
